No—many of our clients are absentee homeowners or seasonal residents. We specialize in providing reliable on-island support while you're away, so your property is always cared for.

  • Do I need to sign up for a monthly package?

Not at all. While many clients choose a monthly plan for ongoing support, we also offer one-time service coordination for specific needs like repairs, maintenance visits, or seasonal prep. A 18% coordination fee applies to the cost of any services arranged on your behalf.

  • How do you choose your service providers?

We work only with pre-vetted, reliable local contractors and vendors. We’ve built trusted relationships to ensure quality work and timely service for every job.

  • Do you provide tenant management or rent collection?

No, we do not manage leases, rent payments, or landlord-tenant disputes. Our focus is on tenant placement support and property care coordination

  • Do you offer 24/7 emergency support? 

For full-service clients, we provide emergency vendor coordination during agreed service hours. We’ll always keep you informed of any urgent issues.

  • Will I receive updates on my property?

Absolutely. We provide detailed reports (with photos) during scheduled property check-ins, and updates so you can stay informed no matter where you are.
